BRIEF
Malaysian is multiracial country where its citizens live harmoniously together. But it's politicians employ a strategy of pitting races against each other for their own benefit. “ I am Malay first, Malaysian second” was their latest battlecry in 2012. Many Malaysians disagreed with this statement but their voices were drowned out by the government's media and cybertroopers. We wanted to counter this negativity, hate and political game by reminding people that we are and always will be Malaysian's first followed by our identity (religion, skin color, our fav food, games we crush... and so on)
SOLUTION
Unity does not subtract race, religion or creed, nor allows them to be factors of division, but instead adds respect, compassion and freedom to the power of the individual, and multiplies what we are, making us all equals, making us all one. And we put these on t-shirts so people can not only proudly wear them but also spread the message of unity to other Malaysians their own way.
