BRIEF
Home ownership amongst millennials has been significantly dropping. Hong Leong Bank wanted to increase their brand awareness of their home loan products to Malaysia’s first home buyers.
SOLUTION
INSIGHT 1: Malaysian millennials are not really buying houses. Majority of Malaysian millenials do not even have 6 months emergency savings but they live a lavish live. RM16 coffee, bubble tea parties, a fancy car with high monthly commitment, a nice watch and so on. But many still aspire to own a place they call home. INSIGHT 2 (why uncle how?): Millennials dont like taking advice from strangers
